Here we have the Mitsuoka Roadster. A Japanese car aimed at the British market. Firstly who are Mitsuoka? Well Mitsuoka are a small Japanese car company who have made some of the most awful cars in history eg. The Orochi. They only have one dealership in England which is shared with Dacia and The roadster is their only car. Also the dealership is near my fellow blogger Joseph lives.

I think It looks horrendous with is proportions all mixed up, tiny wheels and curves. It looks exactly like a Morgan. Mitsuoka's designers say this:`Elegant lines, advanced engineering and spirited soul fuse together to create the perfect harmony between car and driver.` Yes, they really said that. Also the interior is unacceptable for a 2015 car, this interior would be considered average in 2006. Have a Guess at what you think all this hideousness costs, £16,000..£21,000. No the Roadster costs £53,800 !!! You can get a 2007 Audi R8 for that price!!!!! Which is nuts cosidering the Audi has 410bhp and a 4.1litre V8 whilst the Mitsuoka has a mesly 158bhp and the 2.0l engine from a Mazda mx-5. Disappointing for a £50,000 car.

Verdict

This Car is a poor effort from Japan to recreate a traditional British roadster. All in all it's an expensive, Japanese coupe which thinks it's a Morgan but lacks the build quality, craftsmanship and speed of a Morgan. They shouldn't have bothered . 1 star

A traditional Morgan .
